• Product exchanges and/or returns for store credit are welcomed within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items that have been customized cannot be returned, (If you customize a city/state on a shirt) unless it was a mistake made by us.
  • Customer pays return shipping unless it is a mistake on our part. For example, you received the wrong size/color, or the item was damaged.
  • In the event it is a mistake on our behalf , you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label.
  • Exchanges/refunds for store credit will not be processed until the original item is received back, thoroughly inspected & deemed in new condition.
